Cordelia Hyland Cordelia Hyland is an experience researcher at Thumbtack where she collaborates closely with Jordan Berry and Erik Olesund. Together, they’re a 3-person research team supporting 9 product teams across a complex marketplace platform.
Al three have past experience in establishing research practices. Jordan worked in travel before transitioning to supporting SMBs — first in fintech, now at Thumbtack. Erik began his career in design as a lecturer at the Stanford d.school, followed by consulting in the public sector. Cordelia came up as the solo researcher at a startup. Outside of work, she helps run a San Francisco-based feminist maker/hackerspace where she further experiments with collaborative process-building.
