Stephanie Rosenbaum Stephanie Rosenbaum Founder and is CEO of TecEd, Inc., a pioneering firm in user research based in Palo Alto and Ann Arbor. With more than 40 years helping user experience evolve, Stephanie has been a missionary for field research in our profession. She has attended all but three of the past UPA/UXPA conferences and presented at most of them, as well as at SIGCHI, HFES, STC, SIGDOC, and IEEE conferences around the world. She has contributed invited chapters to several books, written dozens of papers and articles on user research, received the STC’s Rainey Award for Excellence in Research, and was awarded an IEEE Millennium Medal in 2000.
