Steve Krug

Steve Krug

Steve Krug (pronounced “kroog”) is best known as the author of Don’t Make Me Think: A Common Sense Approach to Web Usability, now in its third edition with over 600,000 copies in print.

He followed it up with the usability testing handbook Rocket Surgery Made Easy: The Do-It-Yourself Guide to Finding and Fixing Usability Problems.

He’s spent 25+ as a usability consultant for a wide variety of clients, and still enjoys teaching in-house workshops showing teams how to do their own usability testing. He’s currently working on a new book about how to make writing easier—for the writer and the reader.

He’s taken part in three of Rolf Molich’s CUE studies, and always learned a great deal from them.
