Jen McGinn Jen McGinn is the Head of UX at Veracode, a 700-person cyber-security company where she leads a 15-person team of UX designers, researchers, and writers. Jen has spent the last 15 years working as a UX leader, designer, and user researcher at companies including Oracle, Nokia, CA Technologies, and Sun Microsystems. Jen teaches courses on UX Processes at Brandeis University and Customer Experience at Bentley University. Jen has a BS in Information Systems Management, and an MS in Human Factors in Information Design.
