Cliff Anderson Cliff Anderson is a Sr. Usability Engineer with an Internet-only financial institution. He has over 30 years of experience doing usability research, and has worked with over 3000 users. He also has an extensive background in tech writing and instructional design. He has presented at UXPA and has published in Boxes & Arrows, User Experience, UPA Voice, and Usability Interface. He has degrees from Duke University and Carnegie Mellon, and has been a guest lecturer at UNC, Clemson, Georgia, and Winthrop. He also presents regularly for the Nielsen Norman Group.
