Yina Turchetti I am a User Experience Researcher living in the United States with an Asian heritage and an Italian last name. I have always enjoyed learning about the world, cultures and human minds. Over the past 10 years, I have helped businesses in design, financial services, education, food services, and government agencies in understanding end users’ mental model and behaviors, gaps between needs and technology, and usability of designs. Today, my research with architects and engineers help our firm drive business and design decisions. In addition to leading research, I coach and empower our product teams to better execute tactical research on their own.
