| Collaboration can be difficult. Companies, teams and individuals often talk about the importance of collaboration, but in reality, ideas and opportunities are typically overlooked, conversations are usually dominated by the same vocal few and a shared understanding and commitment often isn’t reached.
The successful UXer must facilitate and drive engagement and enable effective collaboration for teamwork and projects. Using the medium of LEGO® we will run hands-on workshops that demonstrate how bricks can be used as a tool for achieving authentic team collaboration, set shared values, and define product strategy that is built on shared commitment. |
