I’ve worked in UX since 2000, and during this time, I’ve had the pleasure of building teams and leading UX activities with a focus on Design Research. I’ve worked for some fantastic companies, including: Skype (Microsoft), Sony Interactive Entertainment, Visa and Capital One. I have a particular passion for leading and energizing teams that deliver results and create products that users love through impactful user-centred insights.
