Today, I’m a UX Researcher working with mobile and emerging technology in the education sector. Previously, I was a Human Factors Engineer at a major silicon manufacturer and a large financial institution. I’ve played a variety of user-focused roles from tech writer, to trainer, to interaction designer, to front-end developer, and usability engineer since about the time Mosaic was first released.
