Kristan Hodge Kristan is an experienced leader, designer, researcher and problem solver. She thrives on creating elegant solutions for big, complicated problems and inspiring both individuals and teams to do their best work. She is experienced in developing enterprise-level visual design strategies. Kristan currently leads UHG’s digital accessibility center of excellence, and teaches data visualization through Optum’s Data Science University. Kristan holds a BA in Psychology from Cornell University and an MS in Biomedical Informatics from Arizona State University.
