Jon Temple is a senior UX designer at IBM, in CIO Design, with over 20 years of experience in user-centered design and research. Jon received his AB from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY, in Psychology, and his MA and Ph.D. at the University of Cincinnati in Experimental Psychology. He completed post docs in HCI and in Human Factors.

He is currently the UX Lead for Help@IBM, IBM’s internal IT support site, guiding its vision, design and user research since its inception and across multiple releases. He runs a design guild for IBM IT Support projects.
