John Kille is Principal UX Engineer at Multi Service Technology Solutions (MSTS). Over the past decade he has led extensive user-centered design and customer research projects in lab, online, and in ethnographic research across the U.S. and in other countries. John holds a Ph.D. in American Studies from St. Louis University.
