Bob Thomas Bob Thomas is Director of User Research at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he has worked for the last 10 years building out a UX research team and expanding best practices around usability and user experience research. His background includes user experience research, usability testing, graphic design, and product management, and he has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He has presented at local, national, and international UXPA conferences. He is on the Board of Directors of UXPA Boston. He holds an MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University, and an MBA in International Business from Suffolk University.
