This hands-on workshop will serve as a crash course on all things accessibility. We will start off with with some empathy building activities to help frame accessibility from the perspective of the user. Next we will talk about what accessibility means for digital products and how it affects everyone. Then we will learn how to detect accessibility problems using common tools and methods. Finally we will practice inclusive design by developing recommendations for those problems and develop new concepts to design for everyone. |
