[Poster] How to bridge the gap between usability testing and design -Avoid misguided solutions to problems-

After conducting usability testing, are you truly creating a design that solves users’ problems?
There are cases where despite making the issues clear through testing, the final design does not solve those issues. I will explain why such cases occur.
In addition, I will illustrate how to resolve this problem with the 4 steps of Think of the User Scenario, Examine the Issues, Examine Solutions, and Suggest Solutions.
Based on those steps, you will learn how to set yourself on the path to the optimal solution (design) for users.
