Ambiguous: open to more than one interpretation; having a double meaning.
Usually, in our every-day work lives, we strive to be specific in all we do — to have a singular focus to everything we deliver. But as it turns out, ambiguity, rather than being a negative, can have a very positive set of outcomes when related to UX skills. So what are “ambiguous” UX skills? This presentation will discuss the dual nature of much of what we do as UX practitioners.
