Mark Cruth Mark Cruth is an Agile Coach and advocate for User-Centered Design at Quicken Loans, the nation’s largest online mortgage lender based in Detroit. An Agile advocate since 2009, Mark has made it his mission to inject the values and principles of Agile into everything he does. With a Master’s Degree in User-Centered Design, Mark blends his experience in Agile and his passion for UX to create team environments that support value delivery. Mark has worked as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Product Owner across several different industries, as well as taught User-Centered Design at the University of Washington.
