Lisa Ratner At Lyft I run a rolling UX Research program called Listen & Learn where I help teams for 2 week sprints at a time answer a user research question they have. I specialize in participatory co-designing workshops that bring stakeholders together. I foster inclusive design practices to increase user bases, and lean UX to minimize waste and technical debt. My goal is to create products and services that positively impact the individual users as well as society at large.
I’ve been using boards and post-its for 5 years at 3 jobs. I’ve found it to be a tremendous tool in externalizing the work and not being trapped inside your computer. It goes beyond meetings that simply transfers information and instead creates the conditions for strong conversations.
