Neha Raghuvanshi Neha is a UX Researcher for AI-based Customer Engagement Products in the B2B Enterprise space. Previously, she’s worked in the B2B e-commerce UX space and has a MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. Her favorite part of UX Research is going out into the field – empathizing with users in contact centers and telling stories about them.
