Eric Paquin I’ve always been interested in innovation, as an entrepreneur with technology start-ups in the commercial internet and online search space to, as a product manager and as a researcher. In recent years, my passion for organisational innovation led me to be part of a team creating and evangelising a new innovation process based on the Design Thinking methodology. By participating in this initiative, I learned the complexity of convincing an organisation to adopt a new mind-set and processes. I also just completed a MSc in Product Management, spending the last year researching the use of design thinking within various organisations.
