Dawn Ace Dawn Ace (Burngasser) is a User Experience Designer from Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated from Kent State University in Kent, OH, where she studied advertising, marketing, and user experience design. Her work in both agency and client-side environments has given her a variety of experience working with clients and team members across multiple industries. She has more than five years of experience as a UX designer and leader. Dawn has volunteered with UXPA in various capacities over the years, including as a board member with her local UXPA Cleveland chapter and as a volunteer at multiple UXPA International conferences.
