Bob Berry Bob Berry is a Principal UX Researcher with 20+ years in usability, user experience, customer experience, and related disciplines. He’s conducted thousands of user testing sessions, focus groups, and UX projects, in online marketing, e-commerce, call centers, e-learning, and much more. In the early days of the Web, Bob led the design and launch of HP’s first online educational initiatives with engineering universities around the world. He managed the teams that launched HP’s first e-commerce systems and the first online ordering ever launched on the web. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska.
