Amanda Parkin A graduate of the Bentley University Human Factors in Information Design graduate program, Amanda has been working as a UX Researcher since 2015. Beginning in the healthcare space and since moving into cybersecurity she is extremely passionate about informing design with data and advocating for the end user. Whether supporting cross-functional teams on product focused research, conducting client site visits, facilitating design thinking sessions, or helping to evolve her organization’s research processes and standards, she is always driving for a more user-centric approach.
