Allaire got her M.S. and PhD in Human Factors and Applied Cognition from North Carolina State University. There, she researched perception, attention, and decision making. While in graduate school, Allaire worked for the United States Navy, The Laboratory for Analytic Sciences: a National Security-funded lab, Ticketmaster Mobile, and several startup companies. Over the years, Allaire has developed a passion for measurement and a mixed method approach. Allaire currently works as a Principal Product Researcher at WillowTree where she gets to deploy and creatively modify qualitative and quantitative research methods to answer clients’ questions.
