Katherine Lee

Katherine Lee leads the Insights team at Square and is a specialist in customer and market-driven innovation. In this position, she focuses on improving user experiences, helping guide marketing and brand strategies, and building empathy for customers across the company. Prior to Square, she was a founding member of Samsung’s Product Innovation team, where she led end-to-end go-to-market innovation projects. She got her start at Procter & Gamble as a design manager and then Cheskin, conducting ethnographic research in emerging markets for major tech clients
