Enterprise Co-Design: Inspiring Product Vision through Visual Artifacts

Co-design is a participatory UX method that allows users, designers and researchers to collaboratively co-construct a design experience with paper prototypes. This method allows UX professionals (designers and researchers) to brainstorm a variety of complex user flows with users quickly, align stakeholders around pressing customer needs, and generate great story-telling opportunities to share with the larger organization.

In this 4 hour workshop, we share our experiences running and evangelizing co-design in large enterprise contexts. We facilitate interactive, collaborative activities about how to best prepare for co-design sessions, cultivate creative confidence , and analyze visual artifacts produced in co-design sessions. Attendees will leave with a co-design quick-start guide, reference book and tips and tricks from our enterprise case studies.

This workshop is an ideal for designers and researchers looking to broaden their UX toolkit and learn how to adapt co-design to their product areas specifically in enterprise settings
